- Order Processing

For pre-order products, the estimated shipping time will be clearly stated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, Photon Matrix pre-order products are expected to be shipped within 120 days after successful payment confirmation.

Photon Matrix products may be sold on a pre-order basis before mass production or final delivery preparation is completed.
The estimated shipping date is not a guaranteed delivery date. It may change due to production progress, quality control, certification, packaging, customs clearance, logistics capacity, supplier delays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
If the estimated shipping schedule changes significantly, we may notify you by email. Before the order is shipped, you may contact us to request order cancellation and refund, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable laws.
- Shipping Destinations

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, carrier performance, and local delivery conditions.
