1. Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you received the item.

2. Return Eligibility

1. Returns due to our fault (We cover return shipping):
1. Product arrived damaged.
2. Product has a manufacturing defect.
3. We shipped the wrong item or model.
2. Returns due to buyer's fault (You cover return shipping):
1. You changed your mind.
2. You ordered the wrong product or size.

Please note: Customized products are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at info@photonmatrixlab.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the return address.
3. Ship the unused item in its original packaging to the provided address. Please note that parcels without an RMA number will not be processed.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the return does not meet our policy, a refund may not be issued, or the item may be shipped back to you.

Pre-Order Cancellation and Refund

For pre-order products, you may request cancellation and refund before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. If you wish to return the product after delivery, the return will be handled according to our standard Refund Policy.

If Photon Matrix is unable to ship your pre-order within the estimated shipping timeframe, we may notify you of the revised schedule. You may choose to continue waiting or request cancellation and refund before shipment, subject to applicable laws.

Any payment processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer.
