1. The Only Official Photon Matrix Sales Channels

Any website not listed below is not authorized and should be treated with extreme caution.

If you found Photon Matrix at a price that seems too good to be true — it is. Our official pricing is Blue $1,088 USD and Infrared $988 USD, including international shipping. Anything dramatically lower is a red flag.

2. Known Fraudulent & Unauthorized Websites

Below is the list of websites that we have confirmed are not affiliated with Photon Matrix Lab in any way. Some are complete scams that will take your money and deliver nothing. None of them can fulfill a genuine Photon Matrix order.

We update this list regularly as new fraudulent sites are identified and reported.

3. How to Spot a Fake Photon Matrix Website

Scammers are getting more sophisticated, but there are telltale signs. If you see any of the following, you are likely on a fraudulent site:

• Unusually low prices — If a site lists Photon Matrix for $200, $300, or even $500, it's fake. Our official pricing is clearly published on our store.
• AI-generated or stolen content — Fake sites often copy-paste our product descriptions or use AI to rewrite them awkwardly. Look for unnatural phrasing, inconsistent product names (e.g., "MOSQARO," "AirGuard"), or generic placeholder text.
• No contact information — Legitimate stores have real support channels. If there's no email, no phone, and no physical address, or if the contact info looks fake, walk away.
• Suspicious domain names — Fraudulent sites often use domains that look similar to ours (e.g., "photonmatrixpro.com") or generic shopping domains (e.g., ".shop," ".store" with random names).
• No HTTPS or sketchy checkout — If the checkout page looks unprofessional, lacks a padlock icon, or redirects to an unfamiliar payment processor, do not enter your payment details.
• Claiming units are "in stock now" — Mass production begins in August 2026. No genuine Photon Matrix units have shipped yet. Any site claiming to have units ready to ship today is lying.

4. What to Do If You've Been Scammed

If you purchased from a fraudulent website, act quickly. Time matters.

• Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Provider Immediately
  Request a chargeback or dispute for the transaction. Most banks and credit card companies have fraud protection policies and will reverse the charge if you report it promptly. Be clear that the website was fraudulent and that you did not receive the product you paid for.
• If You Used PayPal
  Log into your PayPal account and open a dispute through the Resolution Center. Select "Item Not Received" or "Unauthorized Transaction" as appropriate. PayPal's buyer protection often covers fraudulent purchases.
• Save All Evidence
  Keep screenshots of:
  • The fraudulent website (product page, checkout page, any confirmation emails)
  • Your payment receipt or transaction record
  • Any communication you had with the seller
  This evidence helps with your dispute and assists us in taking action against the fraudulent site.
• Report the Website to Us
  Send an email to info@photonmatrixlab.com with:
  • The URL of the fraudulent website
  • Any relevant screenshots
  • Your experience (did you lose money? did the site just look suspicious?)
  We use these reports to pursue takedowns with Google, hosting providers, and domain registrars — and to warn other customers.

5. What We're Doing About It

We take these scams seriously. For each fraudulent site identified, we:

• Report to Google Safe Browsing — to get the site flagged and removed from search results
• File abuse reports with hosting providers — to take the server offline
• File complaints with domain registrars — to revoke fraudulent domain names
• Monitor and update this page — so customers always have the latest information

This is an ongoing effort, and we appreciate every customer who helps us by reporting suspicious sites.

• Do not make a purchase from it.
